Request a room with a normal window instead of a skylight for better comfort and space.

The breakfast is excellent, available with meat, croissants, cheese. The location is great and fab, a bus stop is near to the venue.

The breakfast was very very good with the usual drinks and croissants and the ambience was special. The location was particularly good and perfect, only a short distance to Omni Centre. And the area was very comfortable, close enough to the restaurants, the tram line to/from the airport and the main shopping streets.

Location's hard to beat-just a few minutes from the bus station, and everything's a quick stroll away. The interior's got a modern feel, with neat decorations that catch the eye when you walk around.
The two-bedroom apartment? Let's just say it's not for light sleepers, with road noise that can rattle your skull. Single glazed sash windows do no favors for sound insulation, so expect trams and late-night chats to crash your dreams. Add in some sparse decor issues and you'd think a deep clean might be in order to freshen things up. If you like coziness, the rooms are snug, but a Velux window doesn't cut it when you're hoping for fresh air or a decent view. Just remember, stairs could be a deal breaker for some.

Great staff and comfy stay
The staff here were super nice and helpful! My room was cute, pretty cozy for a solo traveler, but the carpets looked a bit worn. The bar area was chill and had a good drink selection. Just wished there were more facilities in the room, like bottled water.

We stayed in The Place for 1 night and found it fab. Was nice and clean and very modern. Staff were very helpful. We didnt have the breakfast but the dining room looked nice.
Thought mayb the breakfast were a bit much to pay at £12.50 for a cooked breakfast.

Perfect spot to explore!
The location is unbeatable, just a stroll away from the main sights. Staff were super friendly and cute. Loved waking up to a nice view. Breakfast hit the spot. They've got a chill bar/lounge area to unwind. Only thing was our table wasn't super clean.

Good location, very handy for shopping and theatre, friendly, helpful staff, fine breakfast
As the place is still quite new a few lighting issues in our room but the staff took that on board to get it sorted.Could have done with an armchair as it was a superior double otherwise room fine.
